Now, I’m going back to perusing cookie recipes for some upcoming swaps. What seasonal sorts of things are you looking forward to?
Teresa, I have been unpacking my Christmas decorations tonight in anticipation of decorating my tree this week-end. You cannot imagine how many unique decorations I picked up at holiday craft shows over the years. Some are almost 40 years old – I got them when my husband was a grad student in Columbus, Georgia – and I still treasure them. Your craft shows appear to be better than anything I’ve been to here in the Far West. Enjoy.
We’re lucky in Vancouver – there’s a great creative community here.
Your decoration collection sounds wonderful. My craft fair collection runs more to jewellery than decorations, but each piece has meaning and memories attached to it. It must be lovely to look at your tree each year, full of those memories.
I missed a big one at our church this weekend, Teresa, because I was feeling under the weather. Going to craft faires this time of year is such a favorite thing to do!
