Those shots are lovely, Teresa. The more I hear (and see) about the Pacific NorthWest, the stronger my urge to get up to that neck of the woods. Thanks for sharing.
You’d really love Washington and Oregon – there’s a beautiful road that runs along the sea and lovely little beach towns to visit along the way. Seattle and Portland are great places to visit, (especially Portland, because it has Powell’s City of Books). They have a great food truck culture, too.
Here in southern BC, there’s Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, Vancouver Island, the Gulf Islands and the Sunshine Coast. The interior of British Columbia is famous for fruit-growing and wine-making and there are many different sorts of terrain throughout the province. Just four hours away, you can find desert-like conditions around Kamloops. It’s beautiful up there, too.
So, in conclusion, you’re going to have to come for a long visit! 🙂
Vancouver/Seattle makes a nice trip. I’d suggest you work in Victoria, too, and take the ferry down to Washington State. All three cities have a lot to offer.
It was indeed a beautiful Saturday, and your photos capture it well. I, too, especially like the one of the daffodils against the water and city background.

Lovely photos! I love the one with the daffodils – they really pop against the background of the buildings.
Thanks, Elaine – that’s my favourite, too!
I live in Vancouver for a year in high school…your photos bring back lovely memories o one of my favorite cities~
A little incentive for you to come back for a visit.
Thanks for sharing your photos. The last one is my favourite. I look forward to visiting Vancouver followed by a visit to Seattle one day!

Love your photo of the pot of daffodils!! It just has spring written all over it! Great photos! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks Kathy! I hope spring reaches you soon. I think you’ve had enough snow for one year.

Thanks, Tricia! I really like that one, too. Daffodils are so pretty (and unlikely-looking).
